Today, we had W16 unit test in the first half of the lesson. Some students acted out their advertisement in the second half of the lesson.   I'll return the unit test papers next Monday.   Lesson content  1. Today, we played tic tac toe to review this week's conversation pattern, revisited main idea and detail with another RS story Roy's Wheelchair and used Kahoot to revise for W16 unit test. Some of the students also acted out their advertisement.   Students should use Wednesday vocabulary review worksheet and today's unit test review worksheet to revise for the unit test tomorrow.  Lesson content  1. Today, we introduced W16 vocabulary and practiced words with long a and long i sounds. I returned W15 vocabulary quiz papers today. Students should show their quiz paper to their parents and correct mistakes.  A2 students should use the advertisement writing worksheet as their script to practice for a 20-second speaking activity. They will act out their "TV commercial" this Thursday or Friday.  They copied practice for AD ( ad vertisement)   in their communication book as this is part of their homework this week.  Lesson content  1. Today, we had week 15 vocabulary quiz and brainstormed ideas for a writing task.  I modelled the writing task and a few students acted out  3 different TV commercials.   Students will complete an advertisement worksheet as homework and hand it in next Monday.  They will use the worksheet as a script and  act out the TV commercial in two lessons.  They can choose to work alone or with other students.   I'll return the vocabulary quiz papers next Monday.   Lesson content  1.
