G2 A2 Class Homework 10/26

Today, students stayed in their homeroom and had Halloween themed activities instead of the levelled English lesson.  Students should keep this vocabulary worksheet and use it to revise for the unit test on Friday.  

W9 Unit test scope  

There are 50 questions.  There's a review worksheet on Thursday. 

A.  Spelling  (8 questions, 8 points)   

     Choose 5 words in part A to finish sentences.  (5 questions, 5 points) 

B. Look at 5 pictures and unscramble the words.  (5 questions, 5 points) 

     Use the 5 words to finish sentences (5 questions, 5 points) 

C. Identify comparative and superlative adjectives (5 questions, 5 points) 

D. Look at three pictures and use comparative and superlative adjectives to make three sentences. (3 questions, 3 points) 

E. Add suffix -ful or -ly to words and write them on the line.  (5 questions, 5 points) 

5 example sentences are given and students add a suffix to a word in brackets. 

F. Write list words that mean the same as the underlined words.  (4 questions, 4 points) 

Definitions are provided in example sentences and students choose the right adjectives or adverbs to finish sentences.  

G. Story summary  

Students fill in blanks with correct key words to complete a story summary. (6 questions, 6 points) 

Students write a complete sentence to answer 2 wh-word questions about the story. (4 points, each correct answer is worth 2 points)
