Students received Reading Street (RS) 1R,  Reader’s & Writer’s Notebook (RWN) 1,  Oxford Phonics World 2, Science Grade K today.  2.   Students finished their monthly exams today. They'll have a vocabulary quiz tomorrow.  The vocabulary quiz this Friday includes:  Part 1: Spelling  (40 points)  Students spell 8 words from the W8 vocabulary list.  Part 2: (20 points) Students draw two pictures based on  two designated vocabulary words.  Part 3: Vocabulary in context (40 points)      Example: I want to _____ (eat/play/wash) a hamburger.  There are 8 incomplete sentences. Each sentence comes with three vocabulary choices in brackets. Students need to read each sentence and use the context to circle and write a correct word to finish each sentence.
