Today we reviewed W4 vocabulary for the quiz on Friday and practiced how to identify long a and use some of the W4 vocabulary in context.

Vocabulary words were read out loud, and students had to unscramble the words according to what they heard. Some students found the following words difficult to spell: cereal, giraffe, cage.

What is in the Friday vocabulary quiz? 

Part A: spelling/8 questions (40%) 

Part B: draw 4 items from W4 vocabulary list (20%) 

Part C: Circle a right word to finish a sentence. (40%) 

Example:  I want to be/of a doctor when I grow up.
