Important information for A2 students: 

  • Deadline for the show and tell video: 6/8 (Wednesday) 
  • Deadline for homework in the bubble book: 6/10 (Friday) 
  • Deadline for Phonics A and RWN: 6/13 (Monday)  
  • Deadline for the audio/mp3 recording: 613 (Monday) 
Students read the story Frog and Toad Together The Garden and record themselves reading it (audio).  Students don't need to make a video for this assignment.  

Information about student work and this week's vocabulary quiz: 

I've received homework from most of the A2 students. I've marked students' Phonics A books and will speak to the students about missing work. They'll get their Phonics A books on Thursday morning and RWN on Friday. They should correct mistakes in their books and complete unfinished work this week. I've circled mistakes, written correct answers (if they actually answered a question), and folded the pages that have mistakes. They can speak to me if they have questions about their missing work or mistakes. .  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about their work and deadlines. 

I'll give students a quiz review on Thursday morning. A2 students will have a vocabulary quiz on Friday morning. The quiz isn't counting towards the final grades; instead, it's intended to help them review W18 vocabulary and practice the past tense.
